CAS Alumna, MA student bag UST writing fellowship

CAS alumni Vanessa Anne Joice Haro (BA Psychology, 2016) and Amiel Jansen Demetrial (BA Communication, 2016; MA in Applied Linguistics, ongoing) have been selected as two of this year's writing fellows of the prestigious University of Santo Tomas National Writers' Workshop, which will be held in Baguio City on April 7-14, 2019. Haro is fellow in Tula, while Demetrial is Poetry fellow in the said workshop.

Directed by Prof. Joselito Zulueta and coordinated by Prof. Chuckberry Pascual, the workshop will be led by Senior guest panelists Gémino Abad, Jerry Gracio, and Vim Nadera, according to the USTCCWLS Facebook post.

The Center also posted that the UST CCWLS in-house literary fellows such as Dr. Cristina Pantoja Hidalgo, Dr. Ralph Semino Galán, Augusto Antonio Aguila, Dr. Joyce Arriola, Ma. Ailil Alvarez, Paul Castillo, Dr. Joselito de los Reyes, Dawn Laurente Marfil, Jose Mojica, Lulu Torres Reyes, Dr. John Jack Wigley, and UST CCWLS associates Michael Coroza and Nestor Cuartero, will serve as teaching panel in the workshop./ CAS Web Development Team
