Abstract of the Lecture

Higher education institutions around the world made the informed decision to let go of face-to-face learning for the coming school year because of the COVID-19 pandemic. In the Philippines, a majority of public and private colleges and universities adopted remote learning as a mitigation strategy to start the academic year. In this lecture, the values of the remote learning framework, as well as possible solutions, are discussed. It is hoped that the attendees become more knowledgeable about the structure of this learning mode. The talk would also like to inform the participants on the principles and the problems related to remote learning. These discussions allow participants to create possible operationalization of the remote learning mode in their own ways.
